Revue Études lawrenciennes

Etudes Lawrenciennes, a French journal devoted to the English writer D.H. Lawrence (1885-1930), first appeared in 1986. It offers articles on the different aspects of this prolific author’s production : novels, short stories, poetry, travel books, plays, essays and painting, and on the historical, artistic, and literary context of his work. Foreign scholars from all over the world contribute to this journal. The papers were published either in French or in English until n°8 ; since then, all articles have been published in English.

Etudes Lawrenciennes, revue consacrée à l’écrivain anglais D.H. Lawrence (1885-1930), existe depuis 1986. Elle étudie tous les aspects de l’oeuvre de cet auteur prolifique : romans, nouvelles, poésie, récits de voyage, théâtre, essais, peinture, ainsi que le contexte historique et artistique dans lequel il travailla. Cette revue est très largement ouverte aux chercheurs du monde entier. Les articles ont été publiés soit en français soit en anglais jusqu’au n°8 et, depuis lors, le sont presque exclusivement en anglais.
